The hike was challenging but well worth the trek. I would recommend hiking boots and a walking stick - particularly if you have any orthopedic issues!

How excellent must a trail be to receive an excellent rating even when one's visit ended with an injured party member and an emergency evacuation? Well...pretty damn excellent! The volume of water flowing down Little Stony Creek makes for allot of drama and amazing photographs. Unfortunately, the lower trail by the creek is also a bit challenging; hence, multiple broken bones by one of my party members. However, I definitely plan to return!
