New Kent Winery offers exceptional wines in a unique setting. Completed in 2008, the winery is mainly constructed of reclaimed historic building materials such as pre-Civil War brick, 40-foot heart pine beams from the 1850's, and century-old railroad trusses. Along with wine tasting, New Kent Winery offers tours of the building that tell of the history of the building materials as well as our winemaking process. Having planted the first vines in 2001, New Kent Winery features award-winning fine wines, including Chardonnay, Meritage and White Merlot. Following a tour and tasting, guests are invited to relax and take in the scenery of beautiful New Kent Vineyards on one of the expansive covered lounging porches. The winery also offers gifts, wine accessories, clothing and other items in our gift shop. New Kent Winery is also an ideal location to host any number of private events, from weddings and receptions to wine dinners and corporate functions. Located just off I-64, exit 211, between Richmond and Williamsburg.

Want great wines with no pretense - in an elegant, yet casual, atmosphere? If YES, New Kent Winery should be on your visit list. We enjoyed our local wine guide Dashia - and wow - the Meritage and the Chardonnay were both amazing. The wonderful food options (crab cakes and spanakopita) were delicious - among the wide range of menu choices. Ample outdoor seating with vineyard vistas surrounding the winery. Can’t wait to go back.

I have visited Rosie's in Hampton, New Kent and Richmond and New Kent is by far my absolute favorite because of the awesome service I receive from the employees. They are always smiling and happy, they take the time to get to know you. I ordered a beer in the morning and every time I visited the bar after, Jennifer had my beer waiting. She remembered my face and what I was drinking and that is exceptional service! I love the small town feel of Rosie's in New Kent. All of the staff in the kitchen go above and beyond for you, from the cook making your food to the person serving it to you, forgot your ketchup, they'll get it for you! They truly care about guest experience in New Kent and for that I will continue to visit that location. So many places lack this customer service and that is truly what makes our experience. So thank you New Kent!

The Club at Viniterra is an 18-hole championship course designed by Rees Jones, located 20 miles east of downtown Richmond in New Kent. The golf course is adjacent to the award-winning New Kent Winery and is the centerpiece of the unique and upscale Viniterra residential community. The golf course routing incorporates a variety of diverse, natural features, including frequent and dramatic elevation changes. The course, capable of measuring anywhere from 5,200 – 7,725 yards is designed with infinite flexibility. Multiple tee angles, combined with the thoughtful and strategic location of a variety of grass, sand and water hazards, assure an enjoyable experience for all skill levels.

We were extremely impressed with the overall course conditions and also the great lay-out. An expansive course with beautiful views and conditions helped to set a positive mood for our recent play at this great course. I am from Ontario, Canada and enjoy golfing from Ontario to Florida, to Alabama and points in between. I found this course and area to be great "bang for the buck" and I consider this course and it's value to be top-notch and a must play when in the Williamsburg area. A great destination for all.

Rosie’s casino is a fun and a great place to play the slots. I hit almost every time I go. The food is good. The people are so friendly. Playing on going again next week. This will be my favorite place to have fun with them slots machines.
