For me Cognitive trail in Nagliai nature reserve was the highlight of the Lithuanian trip. Place is beautiful. And best experience 2e can buy. I am fully aware this is due to heavy winds that where blowing while we were visiting. It felt like middle of Sahara, we saw dunes moving and forming, it was just fabulous.

The calm place and normal quantity of the people around the beach comparing with the beach of Palanga or Šventoji. Living in the center of Nida and going through the forest to the beach - very relaxing.

It's amazing place to walk and enjoy unusual environment. At the top of Parnidis dune a wonderful view opens up. Walking the dune strange feeling keeps like someone is watching you. You can find traces of deers or other forest animals. Recommend!

The Nida promenade by the sea is a fantastic experience. There were so many beautiful gardens and plantings blooming even in mid-September. Another specialty are the sculptures in both wood and metal that you see along the promenade and also in the private gardens by it. I do not know if I have seen so well-kept small gardens anywhere else at least in northern Europe.
