Hot air balloon flight over la Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. A balloon ride over the volcanoes of Catalonia, between the Pyrenees and la Costa Brava. Flights all year round, on weekends and also on weekdays. We lift off with the first morning light. Flight time takes 1h30 aprox. We visited at the end of October which is probably the best time to go. There were very few people around and we were able to wander around in blissful silence. The colours are amazing and the walking trails are clearly marked. At the end of our walk we took the horse drawn carriage which leaves from the main carpark. The ride takes about an hour and costs 10 euros for adults. I would highly recommend this ride as it takes you to a different part of the area.
