I chose to do my training with Oceanic Yoga through a recommendation from a friend of a friend. I was travelling solo and not been to India before so had no idea what to expect. I arrived in the middle of the night, disorientated and jet-lagged but had organised transport and accommodation with Oceanic so everything was sorted. They made the whole experience easy and so seamless, I felt like I had a family within the school and am really excited to be joining them again soon. I did my 200 hours 2 years ago and have been teaching consistently ever since. The practical was challenging but progressed week by week so you felt yourself get stronger and improve. The theory was taught in a way that enabled you to really get a grasp on yoga as a practice and way of life. While this is a brilliant course to do to deepen your teaching skills and capability, what it will do for you as a person is a whole other story and this I really cannot explain in words. You have to go and feel it for yourself! All I can say is after my training with Oceanic, I felt like my aura was shining brighter than it ever had before and this is a feeling I hope everyone has the gift of experiencing in their life!!!
