ISA was founded in 2013 by Professional Surfer Nic Squiers. Nic is Wollongong born and bred through and through. A huge advocate for the local area, Nic has spent over 20 years surfing in the Illawarra area, and has an undeniable love for this region. ISA's Learn to Surf Programs are run by Nic Squiers and his experienced and enthusiastic team that are all Surfing Australia Level 1 Qualified; hold current first aid certificates; surf rescue certificates; and Working with Children’s checks.
