This interesting gallery has something for everyone and is a great asset to the local community by allowing local artists to work in front of clients, and it also has class space for local adults and children to develop their interests and talents. After a wonderful dinner on the square, we walked the perimeter streets and enjoyed our visit, buying a little something to voice our support for the local artists. Car art is a 1950-1953 Hudson, like the ones our family owned in those years! :-)

What an amazing place! Delicious olive oils, an educational experience, very friendly customer service, and beautiful grounds. I had such a wonderful time at Pasolivo. I'm Italian and I thought I knew a thing or two about good olive oil, but man was I wrong and the staff at Pasolivo really walked me through all the ins and outs of olive oil. My favorite was the basil flavor. I can honestly say I use the basil oil probably once day. I highly recommend Pasolivo during your stop through wine country in Paso Robles.

Our original trip to Paso Robles, in May, was cancelled due to Covid. So we decided to do a side trip on the way to the beach! Ok it might have been a 9hr detour, but it was totally worth it! We were seated in comfy chairs under the trees and it was so peaceful and relaxing! We’ve enjoyed Brecon at home many times, but it was so much better tasting it at their vineyard! We enjoyed all the wines and added to our collection! All the employees were so friendly and welcoming! It was a wonderful time and we can’t wait to return on our May trip redo. (Without kids????)

Mt. Olive is located on Adelaida Road, in the area of several wineries (Tablas Creek, for one). While this is, indeed, a farm, they have a lovely store onsite where you can purchase well-priced foodie items. Olive oil, olives, bruschetta, fruit butters, candies, teas, even soaps and non-food gift items. We first visited in 2012 and made a point to return on our 2019 trip to Paso. The prices for their olive oil-related items are significantly less than the glam stores in the downtown Paso area. And, importantly, taste and quality are good. This will be a standard stop for us when we are in the area; we shopped for ourselves and for gifts. Highly recommended.
