Fantastic views of the entire city of Taipei and surrounding region including mountains from the indoor observation deck (360 degree panorama, interactive screen displays to highlight key buildings and landmarks, showing views at different times of day and night), along with a more limited outside observation deck (which gives you the opportunity to look up to see the spire at the top of the tower). Also able to view the ‘damper’, a giant metal sphere designed and tuned to counter-balance exterior forces on the skyscraper such as typhoon winds and earthquakes. Really impressive!

My goodness, haven’t shopped nor even window shopping at malls for years. Was looking for the new Apple Store in Xinyi District had to go through Breeze Mall to cool off! Didn’t know all the name brands are here, place is clean, big, and nice lighting. Had to visit their little girls room! My goodness, marble floor n one granite sink with many faucets, better yet, the toilet is those warm seating n with washing buttons type! Expensive investment!

A very easy-going shopping mall, and every floor is with charms and can spend time to enjoy it. If you are lucky it's a sunshine day, you can stay outsides for enjoy the quiet moment and see the people around. It is very different from the other departments around Xin-yi area and I would like to visit again and again.
