You will love the graphical narrow alleys far away from the crowed streets of the harbour. Furthermore, passing the exterior of the venetian walls, you will enjoy the sandy beach of Kum Kapi area, filled with cafe-bars.

We really had a great tour with Chris who knew all the secret spots as a true local. He was very friendly and also helped with other local tips. We would never have found all the narrow beautiful streets on our own and it was so fun on the Segway!

A complete 3-hour Chania Tour. Glide through the narrow alleys of the Old City, to the sandy beach of Nea Chora with the picturesque small port, cruise along the Venetian harbor to the east towards Kum Kapi area (Turkish name meaning the Gate of the Sand), until reaching the former aristocratic area of Halepa. Learn about the neighborhood's turbulent and political 19th-century history. From there head back to the old city and into to the Splantzia district- once the Turkish quarter. Along the way listen to your guide as they provide historical information through your audio guide headset

We travel extensively around the world and regardless of where we end up, one thing that we generally always do is look for a great small business that offers up Segway tours. It is an excellent way to see a lot of the local atmosphere, scenery, history and most importantly areas that you want to come back to and explore further at a later time - including some great local restaurants, cafes, watering holes, etc. Our small group tour with Chania Segway Tours did NOT disappoint. We had an excellent experience for a half-day tour and we were able to cover a very large area of old Chania Town and the Harbour Front.
