The servers was very polite with the guests and it was a blast, also the pool and the beach is just amazing. Breakfast had everything that you could dream and free bike to exercise anytime.

No welcome drink . We then went to the room . Só dated screws sticking out of lights . Bathroom towels i think they was ment to be White. The bathroom soaps etc cheap and nasty . The balcony had very old plástic furniture not welcoming to sit out at all. We was told about The ala cart resturant how good The Food was só after going tô The theatr we rushed back . The resturant again was dateed most of the Tables was dirty . After sitting down and looking at the menu wow what a surprise only one vegetarian option. No starters available you had to go next door and have a starter from The buffet . Then too finnish it off hardly any of the wine available on The list . Would i go back Yes but only if they pull the hotel down and re build it

Reviewed By romainportellaI arrived at this hotel around 13h price different that the one they have in her own internet site, and they dont want to do me the same price and make me do the booking by internet, they advise me i have to wait 14h for checkin in fine, unfortunately when i come room was not ready and i wait until 14h.30 very tired from a long travel and always the hotel staff very not friendly, in case like that the normal is to apologie and do something like a welcome drink or anything to show some care, nothing was actually opposite, finally i get in my room and was going to take shower when i fin was no soap, room have a nice view but window are so dirty, shower in bad condition, terrible breakfast, many better option around, but if you want a good stay in Natal don’t stay in that hotel, one off the worst accommodation place i stay in my life.

Good... but could be better!
Reviewed By onlyraphaelThe hotel is nicely located in front of the Ponta Negra Beach. The resort has its potential, but lacks in many aspects. We paid for the luxury room... (first to 3rd row), but the rooms are NOT luxury. Air conditioner broken fan, noisy, bathroom should be reviewed... we complained over 3 times an nothing wa done (room 112). Breakfast has a lot of options... but could be better made, the ready-to-order lady works on a rusty cooking grill that hasn't been proper cleaned for a long time. swimming pool service: there is a bar by the water... but never opened. Front desk. ups and downs... some people are amazing and other must be better workers. NO iron board!!! I'd give another chance and hopefully things can be changed.
