The place is well maintained, neat and clean and front desk person Pritam is very prompt and helpful. The lady at Spa named Priya was very courteous and polite. A big thanks to chef Neha and Praveen for wonderful dishes. Special thanks to Rambilash, Tarun and Imtiyaz for taking such good care of their guests. We are definitely coming back for another holiday soon. Will recommend this resort to my family and friends.

We figured out later on that it's not there. We immediately called Mr. Rahul, he proactively went and searched for the ring. It's due to his commitment and the culture that The Palms build in their employees, that we were able to relocate the ring. Following all the SOPs of verification he handed over our ring safely to us... So a great thanks to Mr. Rahul and entire staff for the help extended. Highly Recommended !! ?
