The Pier is a great place for an evening stroll around sunset or great for fishing or watching surfers ????‍♀️ I do wish though that it had a few benches along the way.

Beautiful views, lots of shops and restaurants. The new upgrades were definitely needed and done well.

San Simeon Pier

After our picnic lunch, we walked the pier that stretches out to the ocean. The pier was basically empty with just a couple of people so we were able to keep our social distances from others. Just so wonderful to be out to the ocean and enjoyed the beautiful sea life around.

Avila Beach Pier

Avila Beach Pier has been half blocked and they've been trying to renovate it for years so it's great for looks but not so much for functionality. If you want functionality like being able to fish you just need to drive a little up the way to Harford Pier. The views at Harford are good too; there's boats and whales and sea lions to watch.

Pismo promenade

What’s not too love about Pismo Beach. Sand, surf and sun all wrapped up with lots of shops and the smell of good food.
