Thoroughly enjoyed this tasting with Fabrice, a very knowledgeable cheesemonger who guided us through the proper tasting technique and put together perfect pairings for each cheese. We chose this tasting because even though there was wine involved (and we love wine) it seemed the most focused on the cheese itself. Fabrice is charming and enjoyable to listen to and the cheese is amazing. Great experience !

Lenotre Courcelles

I spied their beautiful creations late one night after leaving the metro from a different exit and vowed to return. 12 hours later I was back procrastinating over a coffee eclair, a coconut & lime eclair and an Andalousse. I chose the Andalousse - beautiful orange airbrushed dome with gold leaf on top. In the centre of the creamy loveliness were little chunks of orange. Absolutely delicious and really woke up my taste buds. They serve savoury treats too and I'm only sorry that I didn't have more of an appetite as their quiches looked amazing too.
