Murrells Inlet is an unincorporated area and census-designated place straddling the line between Horry and Georgetown Counties in South Carolina, United States. The population was 7,547 at the 2010 census. The community was once primarily a fishing village, but has grown substantially in modern time, along with the rest of the Grand Strand, into a popular tourist and retirement location. It is most known for the Murrells Inlet Marshwalk, a ⁄2-mile-long (0.8 km) boardwalk overlooking a salt marsh and which houses many restaurants.

A wide variety of musicians and bands ranging from reggae to classic rock and everything in between play nightly in the gazebo. It's the place to go when you feel like dancing! A little getaway with the missus to my favorite island beach in S.C. We always end up here for drinks and dinner at sunset on the open air patio. Food is well priced and plentiful, seafood is fresh as can be and the view is beautiful at sunset looking to the east over the marches to the atlantic ocean. The key lime pie was tasty and Sean Brown on the guitar was wonderful . Thanks Hot Fish for two romantic evenings in a row at your establishment. !!!!!!

Thaaatt's Right! Nestled along Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, about 10 miles south of South Myrtle Beach, the Original Suck Bang Blow opened its doors in 1996, and quickly gained a reputation for smokin' burnouts, hot girls, great music and, of course, the fact that you could ride through the front doors, right up to the bar, and order a cold one! It was and still is a favorite among rally-goers and locals alike.
