A great beach for all who enjoy the sand. Food bathrooms and even a shower. Great pier. Fishing is encouraged. A massive open beach. Great for families. Lots of parking I highly recommend this location.

Nestled in Historic Downtown Oxnard, California, this city block offers a unique, quaint scene combined with delightful gardens and fountains - an ideal setting for these original homes to be viewed and appreciated! Weekend guided tours available. The Square offers a wide variety of community festivities such as Summer Concerts and event facilities in addition to hosting over 25 businesses including a Restaurant, Wine Tasting Room, Live theatre, gift shops and a visitor center.

You don't need a reservation for a tour on weekends. Just show up on Saturday 10-4 or Sunday 1-4. The tour includes a walk through a Turn of the Century park with beautifully restored buildings. Docents are in costume to add to the atmosphere as they share stories of the people and the homes. All for only a $5 donation!
