The hotel accepts Euros with a slight higher rate compare to change office. The Chief cook is very flexible. He can cook European as local food. You just need to plan ahead. For example you can place your order and request to be served at a certain time in the evening. This will allow them to buy fresh ingredient during the day if needed. The rooms are not 5 tars of course but clean enough. Your laundry can be hand over to the reception and collected back some hours later. I prefer the rooms which face the road as this is bringing a bit of lively atmosphere. There are rooms at level 3 with A/C, but the room without A/C are equally good because Bafoussam is very cold usually. There is WIFI but don't trust it. Cable is better. There is a desktop you can request to be sure you will have internet. If you are a professional who really needs wifi, it is better to purchase some of those locals modem to ensure you will be able to work properly. The place is safe. Others needs you just need to ask for. TV sets is still those old cathodics tubes , you can access several channels. Be aware that your room can may be have only 1 socket which is your TV socket. You could thing about multi socket in your luggage or sacrificing TV if you have to plug your device. They provide a soap every day. You need to bring your personal cream. The personnel doesn't speak English very well but understand very well and try to please the customers.

E' preferibile una soluzione di poche decine di euro più costosa a Bafoussam ma di (nettamente) migliore qualità rispetto a questa stamberga, che si chiama centre climatique (ma non pensate che vi siano delle terme dentro). Niente del genere. La corrente andava e veniva, così come l'acqua. Il ristorante alle 8 e 45 di sera ha chiuso e a stento sono riuscito ad ottenere qualcosa in camera. Prezzo: 90 euro mezza pensione. Un'enormità per quanto ricevuto.

WDC Aparthotel Buea, is a 5 star aparthotel right at the foot of mount Cameroon. We are a completely independently runned luxurious property with serviced apartments and rooms. Our swimming pool, bar/restaurant, terraces, fitness and games rooms, and banquet hall, make you feel at home, though you are away from home. You'd be forgiven for never leaving our property. All in all this hotel offers value for money, nothing less than a 5 star hotel. Staff are professional as expected. The hotel provides a safe environment for guests. This is top rated hotel by my terms. I would love to be back soon. My room was a one bed apartment on the second floor with clean kitchen space equipped with a workable microwave, fridge freezer, electric cooker, plates and cutlery and worktop. Kitchen units fully fitted in lovely bright colours. Bathroom units of good quality with branded bathroom products, my room was cleaned daily with a basket of seasonal fruits provided twice during my 6 night stay. In-room telephone unit fully functional, wardropes fully fitted with a safe. AC worked well. Ironing board unit provided. Worth mentioning that I didn't have any reason to call engineers or the maintenance team. Everything was perfect for me. Great views of the mountain. Floors were secured, no access without room keys. Mandatory for visitors to leave IDs at the reception, collected on departure. The owner has carefully thought about the clientele here and I very much appreciate this approach. May not be suitable for all, but if that is the market segment then its still a great idea. I used the gym three times, good collection of top end gym equipment, AC also worked well. Huge games room with snooker, table tennis, and lots of other gaming machines. Large TV with seating area with AC. I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness, all areas were squirky clean. . My highlight was the lift which covers 6 floors. I did not experience any issues using the lifts. A great success story!!! The swimming pool was very clean, I didn't swim but I could have if I wanted to. Security team work as expected. Front Desk team are welcoming and speak politely to guests. This was great admired. Anne especially and her tale male colleague whose name I can not remember. The treated me like a princess. Great experience, great hotel and great staff. My suggestion for management is to consider creating a small office space for guests on business travel. Preferably on a floor with strong WIFI connection. The reception chairs could do with a makeover

Safe, clean, friendly hotel!
Reviewed By Jocelyn_DCI highly recommend the Victoria Guest House! The primate sanctuary (worth the trip to Limbe!), the gardens, and the fishing port are all within a convenient 15 minute walk from the centrally located hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the WiFi worked fine, and the beer was always cold. The room was basic but absolutely clean. The views from the upstairs rooms and balcony were great. I felt very safe and well taken care of.
