Family Run Hotel
Reviewed By Lyn CWe enjoyed a week in this lovely little hotel. Carlos and Clara provided tasty meals every day. Breakfast every morning was generous with plenty of choices. When my husband needed medical assistance Carlos took him to hospital. Their care and attention helped restore his health. The only problem for someone with restricted mobility is that they did not have any rooms with a walk-in shower. Family lounge area and bar with wifi. We highly recommend this hotel in a relaxing quiet location. Perfect for restoring health!

Reviewed By marians242In a beautiful, peaceful location within lovely, well maintained grounds. Some lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic pool. I just wished that the sunbeds would fold down flat. Incredible variation for breakfast. Restaurant for dinner though was disappointing, the quality of food doesn't live up to the description. Great bar and public spaces.

Wonderful heart-felt hospitality
Reviewed By YvesNDenverMy wife and I stayed at the Hotel Boavista during our travels in Europe in July 2018 when we participated in the Boom Festival and truly enjoyed the warm heart-felt hospitality we experienced in so many ways from the family owning and managing this hotel. All was wonderful in every way: our room, the comfortable bed, the good food, and most of all the service which was provided to us with warmth and big smiles on their faces every day from not only the management but all the staff members we were in contact with. We also appreciated the quietness and yet the central location the hotel has, and the shuttle service they provided to/from the festival, We usually notice a positive difference if a hotel is operated and managed by a family compared with a resort owned by a corporation, and this place is no exception. We can’t await to return when we get back to this area and can highly recommend the Hotel Boavista in all ways.

Reviewed By tinklitaQuarto muito simpático numa zona de pouca oferta para além do hotel das termas. A D. Celeste é incansável bem como o filha. É impossível não sentirmos o nome da pensão: "familiar". Quarto limpo e bastante espaçoso com casa de banho privada. Jantar e pequeno almoço servido e de boa qualidade. Casa simples e acolhedora. Recomendo.

Reviewed By francisco172018Bacalhau de cebolada mas cozido e com muito mau sabor em vez de frito com grandes bocados de pimento. Batatas que em vez de serem apresentadas em rodela era em palitos e pré-fritas. Mau demais para ser verdade. Só posso escrever sobre o restaurante.
