Reviewed By earthjujo96Everything about this place is magical. The mountain views, the shale houses, the people, the staff (everyone was super nice!). The breakfast is really good, and taking it overlooking the mountain just made it that more special (and tasty!). The room (we stayed at Casa da Nogueira) was just perfect: the bed was really super cozy, the kitchenette very well equipped and the bathroom clean and well lit. The fireplace is the cherry on top, providing a really comfy setting for the apartment. Additionally, the design of the place and its contents is super tasteful and modern, but also in line with the surround environment of calm, quiet mountain beauty. On top of all of the amazing things within the apartment alone, being able to walk out of this little corner into the refreshing mountain air and the wondrous peaks and hills of Serra da Lousã is just a pleasure beyond belief. An experience to repeat for sure!

Reviewed By PeterK402Locally run and extended during covid, this was a lovely one night stopover. Rooms were good and clean, breakfast nice and the hotel had a great view. Pool not large but a nice dip to start the day. Definitely recommended if touring the area or need a local place to stay.

Good Hotel and not expensive!
Reviewed By Madalena1We stayed for 2 nights with our family. Is has a wonderful view to Serra da Lousa and it is near the Park where we can see the animals. It is a good hotel, not expensive for what you get. We had 2 communicating rooms. Cleaning could be better.

Casa Bonita - beautiful house
Reviewed By Esmello HThree words. Wow! Wow! Wow! We arrived on Valentines Day and could not have chosen a better place. Hearts everywhere! We stayed in a one bedroom stone cottage with a romantic fireplace and a stream flowing next to it. The whole ambience of this Quinta is amazing. There's also a very interesting olive oil museum just off the cozy lounge area. In the evenings we relaxed in the common lounge area, in front of the fireplace, listening to music. The owner, Carlos, is in our opinion the best host one could wish for. Attentive, friendly, informative and he cooks the most amazing traditional food, with ingredients mostly from his own garden. Breakfast was delicious, with home-made tea leaves, and supper even better, especially with the regional wines. This is definitely a place to wind down and relax. We stayed for three wonderful nights surrounded by beautiful nature. We will definitely be going back!! Thank you, Carlos!

Reviewed By ledvin49Un endroit calme, sans bruit, sans téléphone simplement la wifi du restaurant mais le mieux est de profité de la nature et d’être coupé du monde. Lucia est très gentille et parle portugais anglais et français, Fatima est également très gentille. Les villageois sont vraiment sympathiques également. Je vous conseille de découvrir des marches dans la montagne.
