Reviewed By Glacy KAtendimento super impessoal, vc precisa passar o dinheiro e o documento por uma fresta de um vidro preto, além de não ver nada mal dá pra ouvir o que a recepcionista fala, seu documento fica na recepção e vc só pode pegar qnd vai sair, na volta precisa deixar o documento de novo. Quarto espaçoso, espelho grande, wi-fi não funciona, não tem frigobar, não tem ar-condicionado e nem ventilador, duas camas e apenas uma coberta bem fina e com queimaduras de cigarro (fui com minha mãe e tivemos que dormir juntas pra nenhuma ficar no frio), colchão e travesseiros muito duros e desconfortáveis, roupa de cama e toalhas velhas, tv pequena e faz um barulho de interferência insuportável (mais alto que o volume dos programas), pedimos pra trocar de quarto pq o banheiro não tinha porta e fomos acomodadas em outro que tinha metade de uma porta de correr (era isso ou sem porta), chuveiro bem quente, porém o registro nao fecha 100% e fica pingando, pia do banheiro com vazamento, sem gancho para pendurar roupas ou toalha e nem espaço para deixar o sabonete, não tem espelho no banheiro, fora tudo isso ainda teve a questão do barulho, a campainha não parava de tocar, um gato miava o tempo todo e sempre que batiam a porta do outro quarto a gente levava um susto.
