Now the room with I booked is 208 a spacious room with a large double bed and one singel bed. Filled. Mini bar with none alcohol beverage and a spacious bedroom with shower. Not high luxurieus but sufficient and all very clean , and almost new towels. Yeah I’m happy that I could stay here for mine job. The restaurant , ,…. That is in one word fabulous, absolute fabulous! Why ? Because the chef as well as the hotel manager organize everything you like to eat and THIS IS VERY FRESH! Very good chef ! Breakfast is not European but rich in choices ! With scrambled and boiled eggs ! Hotel dies have a small but privéd parking obvosite the toen parking so better guarded to park your car at hotel!

Reviewed By andreascamardaDecent hotel, nothing special but comfortable and reasonably clean. From time to time, wedding parties are held with high volume music but it ends before 23:00. Staff at front desk was recently replaced, they don't speak English at all and are not confident with credit cards, invoices and other basics: easy to have issues when checking out.

Reviewed By Мурат ШХоть он и 3х звёздочкой,но я бы оценил бы его на все 4. Чистый,опрятный номер. Персонал более чем радушно встречает. Я,заехал сюда случайно. Проездом. Но не пожалел. Чай,кофе в номере есть и кекс один к чаю.утром будет завтрак,надеюсь он не испортит моё впечатление.

Kuru temizleme hizmeti mevcut. Park yeri problem, caddenin karşısındaki oto yıkamaya çekmeniz gerek. Yada cadde üzerine. Arka cepheye bakan odaları kesinlikle tutmayın, Diğer bina ile sıfır konumda tamamen kapalı.

Rude and arrogant reception
Reviewed By aakb2016When I checked in at 9pm, 1. Nobody in the reception speak english. 2. They reject my booking from Hotels.com, they said, we are not working with hotels.com anymore. They try to remove the listing from Hostels.com but it fails. So I had to pay again another fees. In the morning, I complain to the chef who can speak english, and he translated it to the reception, she was really angry and rude to me. I just want to say,that if you have a problem with your business partner, dont let the customers know and they should remove their hotel from listing to avoid customer booking. And the lady shouted at me loudly and try to approach me, she try to hit me. Luckly the chef tried to keep her calm down. The following day, I called Beyaz saray hotel in istanbul to confirm whether they stop working with hotels.com and they said, we are still working with hotels.com. they dont understand why beyaz saray in kirikkale refused me. 3. When I enter the room, no bath towel and the soap from previous guest still in the shower. It seem nobody clean the shower. When I ask reception to have a bath towel, she gave me only 1 towel, they should give 2 towels for me and my wife. The towel had a hole everywhere. The bed seem unchanged, and dirty. The Key card need a rubber to put on the wall. I dont why, nobody can speak english in the reception. I have to find a guest who can translate english to to explain to the reception. And the lady in the reception is very rude to me.
