The gem in Orinoco Region
Reviewed By TribalValEclectic, inspired, unique....this great hotel in one of Colombia's least visited tourist towns, ,Inirida, is well worth spending some time. Juaco Vazquez and his family run this wonderful place which includes a great restaurant. The hotel is built around a mill and a huge tree, the rooms are a combination of African and indigenous influences each with an AC and flat screen television. The feel of the place is wonderfully exciting and there is truly great restaurant serving superb fish dishes as well as classic meat dishes. Don't forget to visit the mirador perched high above the roof which is spectacular around sunset.

Reviewed By Lerb007Creo que es una de las mejores opciones que hay en esta hermosa parte de Colombia, sus propietarios se esmeran por que su estadía sea la mas cómoda y confortable experiencia; este sitio amerita venir con tiempo para conocer sus atractivos turísticos y disfrutar del bello paisaje amazónico, el hotel maneja un concepto de museo antropológico y la música que ambienta el hotel es inmejorable, las habitaciones son sencillas pero muy buenas, el descanso es garantizado, ojala pueda volver algún dia, pero junto con mi familia. Un detalle; confirmen si la tarifa ofrecida incluye o no el desayuno como es en la mayoría de hoteles en Colombia.

Base for 5 nights while birding the area around Inirida
Reviewed By johnfb123I had a great room with AC which was wonderful for a mid day rest from the heat and humidity. The outdoor area was a great place for a group of us to eat our meals and socialize. Easy to get to the airport and the river port to catch boats up and down the amazing river. Well run establishment.

Tour a Cerros de Mavicure operado por Toninas Tour
Reviewed By Ignacio GUn costo elevado para el servicio prestado $250.000 por persona, tener en cuenta lo siguiente: * El costo cubría transporte, guía, almuerzo y refrigerio Pero esto no fue lo que recibimos: la lancha no tenía carpa protectora, no tuvimos guía, falto que nos mostrarán el seguro de viaje, el motorista no tenía ningún medio de comunicación para alguna emergencia, al llegar a los Cerros de Mavicure nos dejaron con el guía local un joven indígena muy amable que no contaba con ningún protocolo o protección de bioseguridad, luego del recorrido regresamos y no encontramos ni lancha ni motorista, perdimos una hora esperando y quedamos solos cerca del río y sin ninguna persona que diera recomendación, el refrigerio tuvimos que solicitarlo. El almuerzo fue pésimo. No recomendamos tomar este servicio por este tour operador.

Budget Hotel with attentive staff
Reviewed By Cartagena2019This is a very modest budget hotel, but it is well located and the staff is very attentive, They do offer breakfast as well, but cannot recommend tours.As most tourists come here for river boat tours and to see the famous mountains, it remains a good option if you are on a budget
