Reviewed By ArinaS16I have spent 4 days at Hanul Vatra. It is an idylic place, with a wonderful and interesting story that you must descover. The staff is very nice, smiling mostly all the time, and the place is very clean. They have a Romanian cuisine, the food it was delicious! Great services! You must pay a visit!

Pension Nicoleta offers rustic accommodation on a foothill of the Carpathian Mountains. It is 10 km from UNESCO-listed Horezu Monastery and offers free parking. Pension Nicoleta’s rooms are all heated and fitted with a balcony overlooking the garden. Each room comes with a cable TV and private en suite bathroom with amenities. Guests can enjoy playing table tennis or darts in the hotel’s games room or make use of the on-site bowling alley or tennis court. The Nicoleta also provides information trip allowing guests to explore the surroundings. The pension is 2 km from the centre of Costeşti, which hosts a range of restaurants and bars. The city of Ramnicu Valcea is a 30-minute drive away.
A peaceful and very nice getaway
Reviewed By dianam0605We liked everything: the surroundings, the large green yard, the room large and clean and the bathroom as well, the food and most of all the kindness of our host, Nicoleta and Paul.. It is a family business and they also have a small farm with chickens and sheep. We had a great and huge breakfast, every morning something different and we were there for three nights. We had dinner one evening and it was also very well cooked. We had cheese, and jam and ketchup, made in house, very tasteful. Everything was great and we would come back anytime!

Reviewed By Dana HVery pleasant B&B, spotless clean, like brand new. Comfortable beds, tasty meals, close to Sarmisegetusa Regia. Hope to come back one day and to have air conditioner. It was very hot over night, even with a fan.
