Wow! My husband and I were celebrating our 9 year anniversary and after seeing they were playing a good movie I knew my husband liked, I booked us 2 tickets. What a great experience! It was raining and we weren’t sure if it would be cancelled. They checked us in and gave us ponchos. There was also a gentleman ready to help dry off our seats and put another poncho down for us to sit on. Great customer service! It was so awesome and resilient. Very representative of HoustonStrong! At one point I thought I had lost my husband’s credit card on the way to the bathroom and one of the employees asked me, “Do you want me to walk with you and see if we can find it?” Wow, that is going above and beyond! I felt so cool surprising my hubby with this experience. We were late so we didn't get to enjoy all the cool games and activities before, but had a great time. Just something to be aware of: You do have to use the bathroom on the third floor of the building and take the elevator.
