I give you insight into the historical and technical development of cocoa flour to liquid chocolate. I do this on the basis of film and examples. I will show you how chocolate is made and processed. Beleef een bijzonder culinair avond aan Cantharel’s keukentafel onder leiding van chef-kok Justa van Ryssen, voormalig chef bij de Librije.
