Easy to use and book when your are not even in Spain. I booked my roundtrip voucher online. When I arrived at Terminal 2 in Barcelona.. I was exited the terminal and turned right. You get the bus at the bus pick up area on the same side as the terminal under the long white awning about 20 meters past the taxi's. The bus pulled up ontime I showed the driver the voucher--i put my luggage in the compartment under the bus. We then journeyed to the Eurobus office at Sants station. There I exchanged my voucher for tickets. When you get there--you get a ticket and a plastic card with a gate number. Trip was uneventful....I did ask if we could stop at the border to get my passport stamped. The driver pulled over at the border and I did get my stamp. Coming home, the trip took more than 5 house because of a backup at customs. No toilet on the motor coach on the way to Barcelona----The diver stopped at a restaurant for a bathroom break.
