Reviewed By Deepa DPros- Decent size room for family of 4, Restaurant within premises, temple almost 100ft distance, guide easily available from hotel. Cons- Dirty blood stained sheets (pic attached),gutter/drain smell from bathroom and room window, 4am onwards lot of noise from people about to visit temple. Restaurant is not very hygienec. Overall this hotel is slightly better version of a dharamshala.

Worst hotel and staff.
Reviewed By abhishek kI have been to this hotel with my family in this December (December 2019). I had booked it online paying 6000/- for 2 rooms. Even after paying so much , the hotel was not worthy of even staying for 5 min. I am a reasonable person who does not expect much from the hotel. I had hoped to find a clean hotel with at least the hotel manager to be sticking to his words. But disappointed in both. Apart from failure of my expectations, there are following problems with the hotel . 1. Bedsheets and pillow covers with stains 2. Towels of very low quality and smelling of napthalene balls 3. Sticky stains on table and other furniture 4. Dusty chairs 5. They switched of the AC on their own every now and then. 6. The glasses they provided were having tea stains. 7. Blankets with smell. 8. For online booking they have a policy of 12 to 12 check in check out. I called them for checking the scenario if we reach late is 12 to 12 still applicable or we can get 24 hours after check in. The hotel manager said yes to the 24 hours after check in thing. But on time he got bookings and denied that he had said anything like that. 9. No toiletries provided. 10. Room landline was dead. So had to go to the counter for any damn thing. 11. Room service guy entered the room without knocking. 12. Rude staff.especially manager. ( He was there in day time) Overall a pathetic stay and bad experience. I would rate 0 if it was possible.

Reviewed By tijuv2019I booked through oyo ... When I reached there: not allowed me to check in as they said it is low price .. They insisted me to cancel the booking.. orelse pay the amount of oyo and remaining amount from the pocket.. I contacted oyo and no solution from the end. It's not safe for long travellers.. please avoid this property. better options available in ramanathapuram town as this property long away from township No hotels near by.. no transportation.no access to anywhere .. in a nutshell "no facilities at high price"

PATHETIC HOTEL
Reviewed By SUNDAR85I have booked my accomodation from 24th Feb-25th Feb with Double occupancy & informed the hotelier that i will check-in on 25th Feb 5 am to avoid NO-SHOW who re-confirmed that booking is IN tact . When i reached hotel they denied my check-in &said that no rooms are available as it is full, when i requested that i want to fresh up the front desk team said i can use the lobby toilet for which they again charged me 1000 INR . When asked about the charges they said it is the service charges.
