Amazing Spot in Punta Sal!
Reviewed By barbaraj0379These bungalows are some of the finest accommodation I have experienced in South America! They are simply HUGE and so, so comfortable. There is a full living room, massive bedroom (with AC!) with king size bed and wonderful linens, a kitchenette, and a lovely front porch with two beach loungers, a hammock, and a table for breakfast. The breakfast is simple - scrambled eggs with bread, jam, fruit juice, and coffee. They have WiFi now in the bungalows and the place is incredibly private and peaceful. Except for Segundo who drove us into town when we needed it and the lovely lady who served our breakfast each morning, we didn't see another person the entire time. Even the beachfront was quiet and peaceful. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough!!

Excellent Place to Relax
Reviewed By SBrown37SFWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Mero. Fiorela, Rosanna and the staff could not have been more accomodating. We spent 5 days there and never left the grounds other than to walk on the beach. The food was excellent. The hotel arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us back which provided peace of mind. The staff made us feel like family and we felt at home. The room was spacious, comfotable and the staff maintained it impeccable. The fishing required a walk of 50 yards and the locals were more than happy to share tips to help you catch fish. Robalo (snook) are regularly caught and Fiorela will cook it up for you. Snorkeling is an option and the abundance of tropical fish make it worthwhile. If you want to relax in a beautiful spot we highly recommend Punta Mero.
