Reviewed By RomadebiEl complejo cuenta con dos "alas", una de ellas es prácticamente nueva (6 meses) y la antigua la mantienen muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el baño tiene ventilación natural y está bien diseñado para no salpicar al ducharse. El desayuno (en la habitación) simple pero preparado con mucho cariño. Excelente alternativa para viajeros. Si bien hay un pequeño restaurante al costado del hotel, sugiero invertir unos minutos para ir a la ciudad de Arauco, en la playa hay restaurantes muy buenos.

Reviewed By Chilemom51We had the privilege of spending one night in Arauco. We arrived late and were received by friendly staff. Our room for two cost $40.000 ch and included breakfast in a welcoming dining room. Our room was spacious and had plenty of natural light. The beds were comfortable, the rooms inviting, clean, and included WiFi. One of the best hotels we have stayed in in Chile.

Reviewed By cristianviajero81me agrado muchisimo, buena atencion del personal agradable la limpieza buena y es un lugar centrico si la parte aislacion de ruidos es un poco deficiente pero lo conpensa la ubicacion y la atencion el estacionamiento super a y la tele un poco chica pero en general un buen hotel recomendable...

Mucho ruido mala atención
Reviewed By 470cristianuEl lugar es excesivamente ruidoso ya que se siente hasta las conversaciones de las piezas contiguas, lo que impide descansar. La higiene del lugar es deficiente, poco prolijo, y con un aroma a húmedo en todas las instalaciones, da pudor usar el baño. No tiene calefacción no aire acondicionado, para ventilar (incluido por los olores) debe abrir las ventanas. Por otra parte, la atención del personal del restoran depende de el turno, me ha tocado un servicio normal a regular y otras veces muy mal preparado y con una demora de aprox 45 minutos por plato (si es que llega o aguanta la espera)...si quiere estar con una estadía tranquila, definitivamente este no es el lugar, en resumen, muy malo por el precio, no se justifica alojar en este lugar.
