We were escape room first timers and City 13 set a high standard for any other escape room experiences we may try in the future! It was awesome! From the moment you walk in the ambiance was great: modern and stylish decor, open concept, pool table, snacks, photo op area. The customer service was phenomenal! Employees were so accommodating and helpful. They asked if we were first timers and took time to explain the game. They also took time to point out logistical things like bathrooms, phone etiquette, lockers, etc. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there! The escape room experience was awesome! After you’re given your mission you are taken back into the coolest little city and then into your room. The puzzles were thought provoking, just the right amount of challenge, the clues they give were helpful but not too revealing, and the room was set up with a lot of cool electronic automation details. Along with being high tech the area was very realistic. The detail in transforming the room into the storyline was impressive! My children and I had the BEST time! My kids are ages 10, 13, and 18 for reference. It was great family outing and we will be returning to try the different rooms!

We really like this theater venue, close to home, easy parking. Deals for members include free popcorn (and membership costs nothing). Was here once when the movie stopped. Took a bit to get it running again and when it did, it was in a different spot, so we left but we’re comped with a free pass for a future show, no restrictions. Pretty decent.
