Very nice for a day trip on a small boat. Vecht and surroundings are stunning, both nature and ancient houses that origin from the Golden Age. Sailing from Weesp to Utrecht will take some 6-7 hours. Starting half way near Breukelen in either direction will give you the advantage of some boat rental adresses and you will be able to sail the Vecht on your way back on the same day.
