This is a natural wetlands area teeming with birds. There are a number of waymarked tracks to choose from depending whether you want a slow short wealk suitable f or young children and the less able or a more strenuous 8km hike. Dead flat so not too demanding whatever distance you choose to go. Toilets and covered picnic area situated at the information centre alongside the car park. Lovely place for a peaceful afternoon.
