This has a great collection of actual rail cars from differnt eras and some local history of Cranbrook. For kids there are working model trains set up that are vistor activated.We are glad to hear you enjoyed your experience. The Train Cars are our pride and joy, and represent so many pieces of our railway history.

Spent a few days at St. Eugene, so we tried the casino, which has been updated with some of the newer slots. We were there at the beginning of the week & found it very quiet, however we did get some playing time. We found the slots very tight on payouts, however it was a nice experience. Staff were friendly & helpful at all times.

This is a free provincial park with a fabulous little beach for the kids to play on. Water is always shallow and warm and there are spots for camping within walking distance. No Reservations here so first come first serve. Rates are great for camping as it is provincial park and the lake and day use areas are free.

The pool, change rooms and children's area are kept clean, and there is a good sized hot tub available as well. The sauna is a little on the small side, but it is still appealing. The steam room is hotter than normal, I see people all the time opening the door to try and let out some of the steam because they are over-heating. I've been to a lot of steam rooms and never had it so uncomfortably hot.
