5 Things to do Good for Adrenaline Seekers in Saas-Fee That You Shouldn't Miss

December 6, 2021 Oliva Fomby

Snow sports rule in Saas-Fee. Thanks to its proximity to the glaciers of the Pennine Alps, it’s a winter wonderland year-round, perfect for skiing, snowboarding, sledding, skating and snuggling up for a romantic après ski. The village is car-free, so be sure to save some of that slope energy for your post-ski strolls.

Eskimos Ski School

Reviewed By CarolineB1972 - Preston, United Kingdom

Just returned from a weeks skiing holiday. My confidence in skiing was quite low and my 18 yr old son hadn't been skiing for 4 years. The excellent teaching by James was superb, he built my confidence so much, I managed to ski the whole way down from the revolving restaurant via the black run by the end of the week. My son was skiing so well by the end of the week and loved it so much he's wanting to go back next month and become a ski instructor himself! James taught us so much in a few days and builds confidence so well. Eskimos service was great, so accommodating with how we split out lessons. Definitely recommend them. Thanks James and Eskimos.

Swiss Ski School Saas Fee

Reviewed By Famni - Mexico City, Mexico

My youngest son (7) attended the ski school for the week. He started out as blue star and ended as red king due to his progression. The instructors are very good and the groups have between 8-10 kids. He certainly enjoyed himself and his skiing improved so much that he was hitting the harder red and black runs with us in the afternoons. Thoroughly recommended.

Saas Fee Ski Resort

Reviewed By davidgold48 - Genolier, Switzerland

A wonderful ski resort with great skiing and fantastic views. It still has the charm of a small town. The only negative point is the cost of the ski lifts for people that retired. A few years back they had a special price for people over 65 and on pension. They now no longer have this arrangement. Recently skied at Les Crosets, closer to Geneva and Lausanne. During the week they not only offered a price for retirees but also special two-for-one deals. It's too bad Saas Fee abandoned this practice.
