Siargao Wakepark

Siargao Wakepark provides wakeboarding in the surfing capital of the Philippines. It is the newest boardsport on the vibrant island of Siargao. Next to surfing, island hopping, kitesurfing and Stand-up-paddling, it is one of the stand out activities which can be practiced on a hidden lake in between the palmtrees. It's very easy to learn! Anyone can do this...

The Sohoton Tour should be one of the highlights of your Siargao vacation. Although the trip to Sohoton takes about 2 hours, the sights and activities are worth the long travel. You will pass through scenic limestone cliffs and crystal clear waters. You will get the opportunity to cliff dive after passing thru a claustrophobic cavern. If lucky, you will encounter stingless jellyfishes. Never miss this tour when visiting Siargao.

Sohoton Cove

Sohoton Cove is perfectly covered with valleys, hilltops, soft-sandy white beaches, beautiful forests and mountains. The best way to explore and discover every nook and corner of the enigmatic and charming island is on a pump boat. Boat rental is gradually becoming a popular trend in the island but ONLY A FEW boats are being rented out at affordable prices.

Great day trip to Sohoton Cove. This is a truly beautiful nature area with stunning water and really cool experiences in the various caves and lagoons. We organised this tour through Kermits and they were great to deal with. Our tour guide Kim was fantastic, patient and professional all day. Expect a long journey via banca if visiting from General Luna. Once at Sohoton you will be taken on the tour into the lagoons/caves with a few local guides in the boat and ours (sorry gentlemen, i forgot your names!) were simply fantastic. Some of the best tour experiences ever. Another great aspect of this tour is that this area and operation is a Philippines government iniative to support locals in self suffiency. Only downside to our visit was some of the large groups lack of manners in such a peaceful and beautiful area.

Tayangban Cave Pool

We headed to this journey in the morning as it takes 30 minutes ride via motorcycle from General Luna, which is the main tourist attraction. On the way, you will be immense with the lush vegetation and lots of coconut trees with some small barrios while traversing the path. On arrival, you have a guide to go inside the cave which have a torch as it’s total darkness in there. There will be friendly bats inside the cave, and you have to swim in the warm water to go through outside cave where you can swim in an open pool and also jump and swing with a rope and plunk in the pool. It will be around a 15 minutes swim, but you will be provided with a helmet and a life vest for security reason. Try it !
