Due to a host of body pain issues I’m never a fan of getting a massage mainly because they never know how to do it right. Tia Spa knew how to do it perfectly! I explained my areas of concern and let her do her thing. I was amazed at how great I felt after! I will definitely go here again next time on St. Martin.

We went to two classes. The Hatha class with Pierre was lots of talking and little movement. He has his script. The 90 minute advertised class went on for two hours. We also went to Dinah's vinyasa class which was great. She's one of those teachers who pays attention to what people she has and was clearly going with the flow of that. Would go again if we were here longer.
