The greatest bonus was the attention accorded by the owner Shri. Manash Kumar Bora, to all our needs, requested as well as unspoken. This is the best gentleman I have come across in hotel industry. His genuine politeness surpasses all 5-star standards. His courtesy was par excellence. He accepted our food requests well outside the menu. He took all the care in arranging our safari trips and ensures that those went well. He took special efforts in showing us around Kaziranga town. I strongly recommend this hotel for people who care for simplicity and pure and sincere attention. We wish Hotel Shivaji Inn a great success.
