Tiki Tiki Board Games

Tiki Tiki is a place that everyone should visit. The store is packed with the best of the new games and has a museum like collection of very affordable games from every era of the past. The local in Woddbury love the store, and it acts as a community center. If you are any sort of of a gamer you owe to yourself to check this place out and see what a game store can be. Even if you don't really play games all, that much and just have a few favorites- Tiki Tiki is still an amazing place to visit.

I came with a group of about 30 people, mostly high schoolers. It took us some time to get our gear, but once we got it, everything moved smoothly. The staff were friendly and eager to show us their new gear. We played games of team deathmatch, control point, and base attack on two different maps. Both of the maps we played on, city and forest were well laid out and led to plenty of tense, fun matches. The new technology allowed for kill streaks. Although they are cool, they sometimes made the game a little biased towards the team in the lead. After our time was up, the staff gave us an extra game and showed us a new game type they were only able to do with their new technology. It starts with one person who is infected. The goal is for him to kill/infect everyone else. After one false start, where there was a glitch with the power going down, we were able to play the game. It worked well, although the balance could be changed a little for fairness. All in all, I had an excellent times, and would readily recommend this experience to others.

Although it needs a refresh, it was a fun experience with the girls. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and was very nice. Staff was friendly. Girls can’t wait to go back
