Firstly, I came to this experience as a flight enthusiast. I had a good understanding of what was required and what this would entail. It was a birthday present from my wife and, I must admit, I was very excited about it. The location is central and easily located, with parking nearby. The staff are extremely welcoming and professional. We were met by Captain Patrick, a former British Airways Captain who was as knowledgeable as he was approachable. He honestly made the experience for us and for that we thank him! The equipment within the simulator is clearly well maintained and, in fact, is even used by existing, licensed Pilots to train in, such is the level of realism. With Captain Patrick’s guidance we were able to undergo a number flights, all of which went smoothly and were thoroughly enjoyable. Personally, I cannot wait to get back in that cockpit! I highly recommend this location and feel it may also be enjoyed by those with no training whatsoever, such is the attention to detail and support provided by the staff. 10/10, 100%!
