What a beautiful visitors center. We are driving from Broome to Perth and have many stops along the way. We search out visitors centers in the towns we stay the night to get up to date information. The ladies working there were more than helpful. They have a beautiful place to work and you could tell they enjoyed their job.

Staircase To The Moon

If you want the natural phenomenon, this version is probably second best, best being Settlers Beach at Cossack. No markets and way less people so much more enjoyable with a picnic and a chilled drink.

Yaburara Heritage Trail

We started the trail from behind the Leisure Plex, and it took about 40 minutes to reach the top. The path is well defined but steep. There is an installation at the top, with artworks and information. And amazing views!!!

Cossack Heritage Trail

Cossack is so far off the beaten track you feel you have discovered the edge of the world! It is incredibly beautiful, wonderfully scenic, fascinating in terms of history and story .... definitely worth a visit. We stayed 2 nights in the budget accommodation which was super comfortable and super clean. The cafe in town does great food for lunch and breakfast. Caretakes Rhyss and Sharny are just GREAT people!
