We drove by this park when we arrived in Palm Desert a few days ago and were incredibly impressed with the huge number of flags that enveloped the area; aptly named 'Patriot Park'. At night the flags are lit up by many, many lights. This year the park was open from Nov 10 - 17 2018, but if you go on another date, you may find the glass still there.
