My name is Kookai. Having been cooking Thai food all my life matched with over 20 years experience as a restaurant chef, I bring you my cooking classes. Here I will teach you to cook authentic Thai dishes. We will start from scratch where I will take you to my local Thai market where I will show you the freshest ingredients sourced that very morning. Once we have gathered the necessary items we will enjoy an authentic Thai coffee local style. I will then bring you to my Kitchen where I will teach you everything from basic kitchen knife skills to cooking the perfect Pad Thai! Choose any 4 of your favourite Thai dishes and I will show you exactly how to make it. Im fluent in English so you can be sure everything will be clear. After you have prepared your choice of food we will sit down and enjoy the fantastic flavours from the freshest ingredients in Koh Samui that will put restaurants to shame.

We had a private cooking experience for our group of 4. Fabulous experience. Great kitchen in a wild jungle heaven place. Both Tom and Lin are great hosts, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in Thai cuisine. I recommend it without any hesitation. Take care Lin and Tom, enjoy the Chinon :)
