Windowless rooms
Reviewed By Les080253The one thing we will remember is the rooms had no windows and a window type Ac where the window should be .Staff were all friendly and it’s located next to a mall and the price was reasonable.The showers are good with hot water which is not a given in the rural Philippines. Few of the hotels and restaurants in Santiago are listed on Trip Advisor and there are better options, we moved to Mango Suites which was the same price yet had balconies in the rooms and overlooking the rover .Free Wifi which was fast was a plus.

The are noisy and couldn't care less if you need to sleep.
Reviewed By DayTripPartyWe had a very long trip that day. I asked for a quiet room, they put us just outside of the lobby. There are doors that can be shut off from the hall way. They opened them up at about 5 am and the staff basically yelled across the building to talk to each other.

An overnight stop
Reviewed By saf7670Whilst driving from Manila to Ilagan, I booked an overnight stop at the Wilmer Resort in Santiago. Arriving late at night all I wanted was a bed, so didn't try the resorts featured pools. My room was large and comfortable and I soon was asleep, only to be woken by mosquitoes in my room which were having their midnight feast ..Me! Apart from the mosquitoes my overnight stop was comfortable.
