Awesome updates being made at this time but they don't disturb what is going on inside. Seats are comfortable, many local food choices to eat , sound is great for concerts and exciting ti see the Cavs games.. walk next store and take in an Indians game or visit the sport team shop inside the Gund.

The staff here is terrific. From entering the Arena to navigating your way around to the service people. Everyone is polite, delightful and ready to help. I was very impressed with the staff here. We had a suite for the TSO show. Eighteen people. There were a few snafus, but we dealt with it and they made good when I brought it to the attention of the Suite manager. Everything is new and totally remodeled. Very clean and spacious. Cleveland should be very proud of this First Class Arena. Surely one of the best in the Country.

Bought some amazing tickets to the Browns vs Seahawks game. Oct 13 2019. Club level section 308 row 9 ( first row of second club section) Sat on Seahawks side (no sun) These 50 yard line tickets were awesome . Nobody in front of us with a great view . The club section has closed in area with food and bathrooms so if you get cold in your seats you can go warm up. Tv and radio so you can still see the game. This was an amazing game and the energy level was great however the Browns could not get it done. My boy is a Seahawks fan so the ride back to Columbus was difficult for me. ???? Go Browns

We come about once or twice a month. The casino is easy to get around in when I bring elderly family. It’s always clean. It’s a fun few hours...especially if you’re winning!
