I visited Blue Goose on a beautiful October day. My friends and I brought a picnic to share. First we did a wine tasting which was educational and entertaining. Then we sat down at a table and ate and drank our favorites from the tasting. The view of the mountains was spectacular. I recommend this place for a date or a get together when friends.

As the title suggests, we were impressed with the wine options. There were several whites and reds that were high on our list. But we were even more impressed with the family running the winery. They were full of information about the winery, other wineries in the state, and the surrounding area. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit in the evening and that night they even showed a movie outside. We stayed the night as a member of Harvest Hosts and had a wonderful time.
