Giovanni and his team created a wonderful experience for my clients on retreat in Puglia. Learning to make pasta by hand and then being served the most delicious lunch was a highlight. More so the way Giovanni took care of us was so personal, we got an authentic Italian experience with a local Italian! He made us all feel very at home , this added value he especially for my American clients who were visiting Puglia for the first time. We were staying in Lecce and did this tour in September. It was a great way to see the major sites of 4 nearby towns and hear some of the history. Our guide spoke very good english and he and our driver were both excellent. Highly recommended!

What a great day with Stefano! We visited three different locations in the north of Leece. Stefan told us everything about the history of wine, the different grapes in Auplia and the production of wine. The wine tasting was absolutely fantastic. I hope we can do this tour once again soon! I went on this wine tour a few weeks ago and it was the highlight of my trip. Stefano is a fantastic host who has great knowledge of the area and the wine. I’ve been to quite a few wine tours around the world and I would recommend this tour. You get to really understand wine from this region and you also get to drink a decent amount of wine. I’ll be coming back for a longer tour with Stefano next time. Sharon

Enjoyed tasting the premium wines and learning about the history of the vineyard with Aleksandra. Snacks provided were good and typical for the area. We enjoyed seeing the vineyards as well.

With this experience you can learn about the Apulian wine history and you can taste 3 local wines, through which to understand the typical features of the area. For those who wish, it is possible to learn the basic techniques for tasting. All the wines selected as well as being of quality, and never "entry level wine", are produced by small companies and in small quantities (10-12 thousand bottles per label) in historic cellars that produce wines with traditional methods and respectful of the regional style. The wines are combined with local products. The sommelier is at your complete disposal.

Andrea organized for us an outstanding wine tasting tour of a couple of wineries in Salento. He immediately understood what we were looking for and send us a proposal which perfectly fit what we were looking for. The tour itself was top notch level where Andrea was able to explain everything we needed to know about the history of Salento wines while displaying a deep knowledge of the wine process. Everything was organized to perfection. We were totally satisfied of the day we spent together tasting some of the most amazing wines which were totally new to us. Highly recommend.

The day takes place visiting two wineries: in each we will taste 3 or more selected wines ("NO entry level wines") Furthermore, my tours always have a convenient organized and private transfer, with their own insurance, which will allow you to taste the wines without worrying about having to drive. IMPORTANT: I always accompany my guests personally throughout the day and, as a professional sommelier, I am available for technical and non-technical information. During the experience we will visit historical and traditional companies while during transfers between one winery and another, I will have the pleasure of telling you the history of the wine of my region; in this way you will be able to appreciate the visits in the cellar, understanding how the Apulian wines were born and evolved. I visited and selected numerous wineries throughout Puglia and chose very small wineries often run by families, historic wineries or even cellars with an attached wine museum.

Excellent tour. We visited two wineries that were very different - which was a great contrast. Learned a lot about the history of wines in the region and the types of grapes they use. We were also lucky because we were able to taste reserve wines at these wineries. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in learning/trying local wines. Andrea really went all out to ensure a great experience!

Very disappointing.was told to come back in 5 hours after traveling 1 hour .showed up late Made pasta , was rushed through because she had a dentist appointment . Mo pasta was served , no lunch . Wine tasting on an empty stomach .served a few talas that were unappetizing and cheese the same ines basically thrown on a plate . Very I professional, was told an Expert was coming and he was a waiter at the bar . Serving ither peolle during the wine tasting . Tried to charge me after for a glass of wine Ylana tried to remedie this by walking up the street with me saying i was her new friend . Waste of money tbis was not a Pasta Experience in italy it was a bad joke
