With this tour, you will discover the Wine and Cheese Route at the Ojos Negros Valley, located east of Ensenada. Our first stop is at Vinicola Infinito, there you will be attended by Pepe Pedrosa, owner and winemaker of the winery, you will also have the opportunity to tour the vineyard and learn more about the world of wine. Vinicola Infinito is recognized for the excellent quality of the Shiraz grape, despite its sandy soil and extreme climates. After, we will move visit to La Cava de Marcelo, where you can learn, with a guided tour at their facilities, about crop production, livestock care, cheese making, and family history ending with a cheese, craft beer tasting and wine. Later, you can enjoy gourmet dishes at the restaurant La Casa Marcelo.

You will arrive to Vas Que Vuelas Mezcaleria an authentic mezcal bar with more than 50 Mezcal brands including their own bottles. We will first start with an explanation on how mezcal is made followed by a tasting of 3 different mezcals, each made of a different agave plant or from different regions within Mexico, you will be able to taste the variety of flavors and notes of each plant and region in which they grow. After the tasting we will finish with a quick class on how to prepare a delicious mezcal cocktail (you can drink it also!). The entire experience takes about 90 minutes, trust us, you will leave happy and being knowledgeable on mezcal and Mexican spirits.

We stumbled across this place while walking our dog. The ambiance and decor caught our eye, so we decided to take a look inside. The vibrant colors and artwork just drew us in like a moth to a flame. The host greatest us with warm and inviting eye because he was wearing a mask. He let us know our dog was welcome so we sat down. They told us a little story about how the place and brought us the menu. We loved the simplicity of it, 5-6 things giving us the feeling that it was going to be quality. We ordered one of everything to share and when they asked us about drinks we told them to surprise us with Mezcal just because of the fact it was a Mezcaleria. When our first plate came out followed with an Anejo Mezcal we were blown away. The presentation, color and flavor, rivaling some of the most exclusive places in the states. That feeling just kept building with ever plate that followed. If you are looking for a great meal with the venue to match, this is the place for you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

The event will take place at one of the best local vineyards in the San Miguel de Allende area. The internationally award winning wine is exceptional and the staff is service oriented. The vineyard is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and the Chateau is large with grandiose architecture and filled with exquisite art. After the tour and if all the group agree you can continue your journey by staying to dine at the vineyard's extravagant restaurant, or feel free to walk the grounds of the vineyard and take in the natural beauty of the landscape.
Inclusions: A tray of meats, olives, cheeses, local made honey, grapes and bread for the 5 wine paring is included., Air-conditioned vehicle, 5 unique wines are included in the tasting with refreshing water at the vineyard.

The sensory chocolate & wine tasting was absolutely worth it. I was in the Valle with a group of friends from San Diego celebrating a birthday. This experience added a different twist to a typical wine tasting day and the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable. The wine was also fantastic!

Mario was very knowledgeable in showing us some sights in Tijuana. The mescal, beer and taco tastings were fantastic. I especially enjoyed walking around the markets. I recommend Mario and his tours. I hope to do a wine tour in the future.

We booked a custom 3 day tour for our honeymoon in April and it was more than we could have asked for! Erick took great care of us at every point, from picking us up from our resort, to making sure we were well looked after at every delicious place he took us too— a foodie’s dream honeymoon!
