We used the car service for our transfer from CDG to our apartment in Paris. The company was new to use but recommended to us by a friend in Paris. I first researched the company from their website and appreciated the English option as well as the extensive information on their fleet and services. I emailed the company and they responded in less than 12 hours (keeping in mind the time difference between USA and France). I was able to easily schedule the transfer from the airport. I was sent a confirmation of the transfer along with clear costs for the service. Once at CDG the driver called me and let me know he was at the airport and ready for us with a sign with our name on it once we cleared passport control and had our bags. As promised, once we left the baggage area the driver was just outside the door and greeted us, took our bags and led us to the car. The car was pristine, and a black sedan. There were waters for us and the driver let us know how long it would be to the apartment based on the local traffic. His English was excellent and his driving, even with traffic, was excellent. He clearly knew the area and expertly navigated traffic and found our apartment. He had our address from the reservation. The price was exactly what was quoted and there was no expectation for a tip, and when we offered one the driver was extremely appreciative.
