Our family was lucky enough to book both Robert and Judy for our rides to and from our hotel in surfer's paradise. To tell you how great the service was, they take 2 days off a year, December 24th and 25th, and they still picked up our family on December 24th and were absoultely delightful. They both had given us great places to see and great places to eat all and a bit of history as we passed landmarks. This was truly an experience in itself, Robert and Judy are some of the kindest people my family and I have met on our trip in Australia. I really have no interest in reviewing businesses, but this was such a great experience I feel that i HAD to share that way everyone knows who to go with when choosing a service like theirs. Would rate above 5 stars if possible, try amazing people.

Larry and Jacque are an incredibly responsive, professional and friendly team. We used their Gold Coast Airport car transport service in December 2020 and found them totally dedicated to providing a hassle-free and comfortable ride to and from Surfers Paradise. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Will definitely use their services again in future.

The BEST car service I have ever experienced. Affordable Transfers with Russell is the only car service one should use in the Gold Coast. Russell takes the finest care of his customers. I used him for several days. He was always early, with a very clean van and the most friendly and accommodating service. In fact, he insisted on not only carrying my luggage into the airport, but also staying to make sure I had no issues with check in. I highly recommend him and can assure you that you will not be disappointed! He is truly the BEST!

We are so very glad that we opted to go with Surf City Transfers during our recent trip to Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Karen was exceptional and dealt with our multiple questions before our trip ever so promptly, patiently and professionally. It was very assuring for us as we were travelling with a young child. We are especially grateful for Karen's kindness and efficiency in making all the arrangements for us at the very last minute when we had change our itinerary during our trip. I called her requesting for changes to be made in less than 24 hours and she readily accommodated us and quickly contacted her colleagues to ensure that we could get to all our destinations without a hitch in spite the changes at the 11th hour. We eventually had Joy offering the transfer service from our Brisbane apartment to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and back; Eddie who sent us from our Brisbane apartment to our accommodation on the Gold Coast; Christeen who took us from our Gold Coast apartment to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and David who did the return trip; and David again for our trip to Tropical Fruit World. We received text messages from Karen confirming our transfers and driver's details the day before, along with pick-up times. These reminders were really useful. The vehicles used were incredibly clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely time chatting with all the driver. Joy recommended an amazing steak place to us while Eddie pointed out many interesting places to us along the way. Christeen was very early waiting for us and was so warm and sincere. David was also always early and was so kind to give us an extra hour at Tropical Fruit World. It was so good speaking with him during the trip and he readily shared with us his recommendations for our next trip to Australia. As with the other reviewers, Surf City Transfers has exceeded our expectations on all fronts and we will most definitely be using your services again in future. Thanks to the incredible service, care and support of Roy, Barbara and Julian at Express Transfers our daughters were able to make it home safely to the USA from their COVID-19 exodus from Thailand through Singapore, Australia and Honolulu. It was a challenging and stressful journey overall, but my wife and I simply cannot thank these guys enough for the wonderful care you provided for our daughters during their transfer from the Gold Coast Airport to the airport in Brisbane for their last flight home. Julian was wonderful in shepherding them and making sure that they safely checked-in at Brisbane Airport. The voice mail message that we received from Barbara informing us that our daughters had made it safely and “in good spirits” to Brisbane, was remarkably kind and brought tears to our eyes. Although it is easy to get distracted in light of world events, we did not want to forget to let everyone know of the tremendous service we received and encourage all to support this wonderful business. We will never forget your kindness. When things settle down in this world (and they will), we plan on taking our annual family vacation to the Gold Coast of Australia.
