Both of our drivers were friendly and informative about St. Lucia. Malai picked us up at the airport as soon as we arrived and had the pick up code. Jordan was right on time to pick us up for our trip back. Both vehicles were clean and roomy for two people. Kimmy took our reservation via email and was very responsive and answered all questions we had.

I contacted WiShuttle through their website and Veno replied via email promptly. Booked the shuttle through email and Veno was right where he said he'd be at the airport upon arrival. He met us with snacks and drinks and gave us a lovely narrated tour of highlights along the route to our hotel in the north of the island. For our trip back to the airport, he arrived at our hotel early with a smile. The roads were twisty and turny making some of us a bit carsick, so Veno made sure to ask how we were doing, stop when needed, and he drove carefully and cautiously to minimize the queasiness. All in all excellent service, and I'd recommend Wi Shuttle to anyone visiting St. Lucia.
