Monument valley was still closed much to our disappointment. The tribal tours helped us book two different tours we could still go on. We went to Teardrop Arch with Marjorie, and Forest Gump photo op. Later in the day we had a magical tour with Reever. He was so flexible to change our tour the was mixed up. He was so interesting to talk to and we learned much about the Navaho ways. He took us to the Valley of the Gods. I highly recommend that you add this area to your must see in Monument Valley. I hope to go back some day and take his stargazing tour. He is a gem, request him if you can.

I booked a tour for 7/12. Arrived at the Monument Valley area early that day and after talking to locals who said that all the tours had been cancelled, we tried calling this company multiple times as well as emailing them to see what the status of our tour was. Nobody ever answered our numerous calls or emailed us back. So, just to be sure, we drove to the entrance of Monument Valley at the appointed time. It IS completely closed. No tour guide waiting anywhere. I understand the closing of Monument Valley amongst COVID concerns, but this is a SCAM of a company. I should NOT have been able to book a tour if they are closed, yet the site walked me through all the steps, sent me a confirmation email, a reminder, took my money, and then sent a "thank-you" email the following day. So, now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company as fraudulent. And lo and behold, when I got on TripAdvisor to warn others, I'm seeing that I'm not the only one who's been scammed
